The Art of Education University accepts applications continuously throughout the year. The mini-application for continuing education courses takes minutes and most degree program applicants complete the process in less than a couple hours. Apply now!
All students must submit official transcripts that document an earned bachelor’s degree or higher from an appropriately accredited institution. For detailed admission requirements, check out the admissions policy.
It’s important to note that the degree programs and continuing education courses are designed for applicants who already possess a teaching license and do not lead to K-12 licensure.

Looking for a high-quality art education program that you can pursue from anywhere in the world? With no additional fees of any kind for students outside the U.S., AOEU is committed to creating a diverse and expansive learning environment.
Prospective students who completed their undergraduate degrees outside the United States must provide equivalency reports in English. AOEU’s preferred credential evaluation organization is SpanTran. However, foreign transcript evaluations are accepted from any agency that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services or the Association of International Credential Evaluators.

Graduation Rate*
*The recommended timeframe to reach graduation is two (2) years, although students can take up to five (5) years to graduate. By July 2023, 75% of the 2019 cohort graduated (200 alum out of 268 considered).Twenty-four students are still pursuing their degrees.
Withdrawal Rate*
*Students have five (5) years to complete their degree. By July 2023, 21 students from the 2019 cohort withdrew from the program. A true withdrawal rate will not be calculated until 2024.
