Ashley Quam

Well, hello there! I’m Ashley Quam, and I have over thirteen years of experience teaching art at all levels. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Art Education with licensure from Radford University in 2006 and my Interdisciplinary Master of Arts in Art Education from the University of South Carolina in 2008. In my classroom, I emphasize choice-based practices to engage all learners and passionately promote diversity and inclusion. I love joining in the discovery and setting the stage for learning to occur. In my free time, I enjoy working on my daily artmaking practice, escaping into stories through books or movies, and spending time with my husband and children.
