Victoria Watson

When I was researching art universities to become more involved in and teach at, I was excited to find The Art of Education University, which includes courses in all areas of the visual arts field!

I received my most recent Master of Arts Degree in history (with a focus on art) at Liberty University. Prior to this, I received my Master of Arts Degree in art therapy from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. I have a passion for and specialization in online learning and distance education. Previously, I worked as an Expressive Arts Facilitator at a hospice and have experience in teaching art in both traditional and nontraditional education settings to students of all ages. I’ve also had the honor of assisting local museums with collections and research. In addition to AOEU, I tutor students remotely in subjects ranging from art appreciation/art history and English essay writing to student and career support. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading and working on my own graphic designs and watercolors.

Professional Accomplishments:

*Master of Arts Degree in history (Art focus) — Liberty University | 2022

*Master of Arts Degree in art therapy — Edinboro University of Pennsylvania | 2018

*Certificates in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Egyptology
