Victoria Watson
Adjunct InstructorWhen I was researching art universities to become more involved in and teach at, I was excited to find The Art of Education University, which includes courses in all areas of the visual arts field!
I received my Master of Arts Degree in history (with a focus in art and archaeology) at Liberty University and my Master of Arts Degree in art therapy at the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. My in-process goals are to continue learning as much as I can about art, education, and museums, and further develop my specialization in online learning and distance education. Previously, I worked at a Hospice as an expressive arts facilitator, and I have experience teaching art in both traditional and non-traditional education settings to students of all ages. In addition to AOEU, I currently tutor college students remotely in subjects ranging from art appreciation/art history to career support, and I work at a local museum providing administrative support. When I am not teaching or creating art, I enjoy spending time with my family and collecting seashells!
