Lesson Plan

Description

Students will fold and cut a single sheet of paper to create a short comic book. Students will elaborate on an imaginative idea and revise their work based on insights gained through peer discussion. The books will be copied for public display and distribution.

Discuss Comic Book Planning

Discuss the planning process for a simple comic. Brainstorm the main characters. Choose one character and sketch different emotions and movements. Determine the storyline. Plan the panels/pages. Draw images and write the text.
