Description

Students will be introduced to artists who bring attention to people who are normally not represented in traditional portraiture. Students will use the techniques of collage to create a portrait honoring someone who is important to them.

Students will brainstorm how to represent themselves or someone they admire using collage techniques.

Students will explain in writing why they chose their subject and how they used collage to represent that person.
