Description

Students will use primarily cardboard to recreate a portion of their community. Students will use concepts of one-point perspective for a low-relief sculpture. Students will reflect upon their own perspective of their community.

Discuss & Create Perspective

Discuss how one-point perspective is used in art. Draw a horizon line on one of the cardboard pieces. Create a perspective point on the horizon line on the far right side. Draw three diagonal lines to the bottom of the left side from the perspective point.
