Paper Mache Letters

Description

Students will experiment with the art of paper mache by making an armature of their name or initials made out of cardboard and then creating a smooth exterior utilizing paper mache. They will finish their piece by adding color and pattern with paint and markers.

Students will create an armature out of cardboard and masking tape.

Draw Letter

Choose a letter to create. Consider creative forms of the letter. Sketch letter(s) onto a sheet of construction paper. Cut the letter out.
