Although this lesson looks simple on the surface, students will learn so much! This lesson is a great way to introduce or review cool colors. Using the book The Little White Owl by Tracey Corderoy provides both color inspiration and a Language Arts connection. In addition to color theory, your students will also practice their fine motor skills while cutting and gluing. Finally, students will learn a new technique, stippling! Stippling is the perfect way to create these fluffy white owls. Students can’t wait to show these off in the hallway and at home.
