Tracy currently serves as the Art Ed PRO Director for the Art of Education.  Before working for AOE, Tracy taught middle school art for 14 years in central Minnesota. In her classroom, she focused on deepening 21st century skills by encouraging her students to practice critical thinking, solve open-ended problems creatively and work together to produce, connect, and share their artwork.
