Full Authorization and Release Information

I understand that my testimonial, artwork, photo(s), and/or video(s) shared with The Art of Education University (AOEU) may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting The Art of Education University. I authorize AOEU to use my name, brief biographical information (such as the state in which I teach), and the content I submit as defined on this form.

I hereby authorize AOEU to copy, exhibit, publish, edit, shorten, or distribute the testimonial, artwork, photo(s), and/or video(s) for purposes of publicizing AOEU or for any other lawful purpose. These materials may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites, or in any other distribution media.

I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against AOEU for the use of these materials. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy where my testimonial, artwork, photo(s), and/or video(s) appear.
