Montana teachers claim their hours from their state OPI system. In order for them to claim their hours, they must request that we enter the information into the system.

The Head of Compliance will enter information into the system upon request.

Provide the following information:

  1.  Name of course/conference/ or PRO Pack
  2. Name of instructor
  3. Number of students making the request
  4. Total number of hours
  5. Dates for when it was taken

Once the information is entered into the system the student(s) should be notified and go and claim their certificates. Students must request that the information be submitted within 30 days of completion.  Certificates will be open to be claimed for 30 days after the request. After that time period, AOEU may remove them from the OPI system.
