Don’t miss the NOW Kickoff Event!

Friday, February 2 • 7-9 p.m. Central Time

Join Amanda and Tim for a night of artmaking and fun! We will start the evening with an hour of games, trivia, prizes, giveaways, and so much more! Come to play games, test your artmaking and art history knowledge, and your chance to win cash, supplies for your art room, or one of dozens of other prizes. In the second hour, you have your choice of artmaking opportunities–colored pencil portraits with Jenn Russell, or drawing prompts and creativity with Kayla Koslow and Katie Gray. Take this time to relax and make some art for yourself, or maybe bring some ideas back to your classroom. We can’t wait to see you there!

Explore the NOW Conference After Pass

The After Pass features all of the Main Event presentations plus an additional 10 presentations all available for asynchronous learning.

The After Pass is an additional day of learning just for YOU. Find the presentations that work best for your students and your classroom, at your own pace, on your own time. The After Pass is there for you to dive into on Day 3 and beyond!

Explore presentations with content specifically for elementary, middle school, and high school, as well as presentations for teacher leaders and administrators.

Conference Kickoff 

Kick off the NOW Conference with an evening of community-building! Start with an hour of fun and games followed by an hour of artmaking. Join Jenn Russell to create colored pencil portraits or Kayla Koslow and Katie Gray to dive into drawing prompts. Both sessions will be recorded and available in the After Pass!

The Main Event

Join us live for a full day of relevant professional learning! The main event will have three dedicated times for artmaking, including drawing with Marina Alfera, abstract artmaking with Chris Sykora, and creative explorations with Kristina Brown. In addition, many attendees sketchnote or doodle throughout the event, so don’t forget your favorite sketchbook!
