In this course, participants will critically assess their current classroom management methodology and refine their approach by exploring a range of strategies focused on organization, relationship-building, structured routines, and behavioral support. The course emphasizes the development of an inclusive, respectful, and productive classroom environment through the creation of a personalized management action plan ready for immediate implementation in the art room.
