Terms & Conditions
The Master of Arts degree in Art Education requires 36 credits; 27 500-level credits at $425 per credit and 9 600-level credits at $475 per credit.
The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction requires 33 credits; 27 500-level credits at $425/credit and 6 600-level credits at $475/credit. For a listing of estimated fees in addition to tuition, visit theartofeducation.edu.
AOEU tuition rates are set annually and are subject to change. Discounts are adjusted accordingly.
The deadline to apply, enroll, and qualify for the Art Partners discounted tuition rate is 12/31/2026. Those who accept a discounted tuition rate remain eligible for promotional offers at AOEU. AOEU students are only eligible for one discounted tuition rate at a time. Multiple discounts on tuition cannot be used.
District teachers who have already taken courses at AOEU but have not yet completed their degree may have the discount applied to coursework taken after the tuition discount is activated with their district. It is the student’s responsibility to alert their admissions counselor or academic advisor that they teach in an eligible district. Discounts will not be backdated.
Students who are accepted and enrolled in an AOEU degree program will be asked to provide documentation of their district employment annually. Teachers who elect to end their employment with the district, or who do not respond to university correspondence requesting annual documentation of membership, will no longer be eligible.
Students are required to maintain good academic standing (3.0 GPA or higher and a 67% course completion rate). Students who are placed on academic warning or academic probation risk forfeiture of the Art Partners discount.
Employment with a district is not considered when making admission decisions for entrance into any AOEU degree program. Eligibility is based on admission to the program; all admissions requirements apply. Students who withdraw from the program may not be eligible for the discounted tuition rate if they reapply in the future.
Discounts have no cash value and are not transferable outside of AOEU. Employees at the Education University are not eligible for the AOEU and District: Art Partners discount.
