OSAGE, Iowa – September 18, 2024 – The Art of Education University (AOEU) is thrilled to announce the official launch of The Art of Ed Community, a dynamic online space designed to connect K-12 art educators across the globe. The Art of Ed Community is a dedicated professional space for teachers to engage in conversation and share best practices in order to impact student growth and push the field of art education forward.

Art of Ed Community

The Art of Ed Community offers a one-of-a-kind space where art teachers can:

  • Discover innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Ask and answer questions unique to the art teacher experience.
  • Give and receive support.
  • Network with members to cultivate and strengthen their professional learning community.

“Today we have The Art of Ed Community where art teachers can share ideas freely within a space of like-minded professionals,” said Jen Leban, Online Community Manager at AOEU. “Here, we’ll be able to share ideas, successes, frustrations, and ask for and give advice to our friends. Suddenly, the art teacher world feels a lot less lonely and you’re reminded why you love doing what you do!”

The Art of Ed Community is free to join and accessible via desktop or mobile devices making it easy for art educators to stay connected on the go. Whether they’re looking for advice, sharing their favorite ideas, or engaging in the latest discussion topic, members will find the support they need to succeed in today’s classrooms.
