3 Simple Tricks to Make More Creative Patterns in Art Class

It’s time to party with pattern! Pattern is a Principle of Design and you can create patterns by repeating any element of art. Many students get “stuck” and think patterns can only repeat in a certain, predictable order. Expand their thinking and show them ways to generate other exciting patterns by observing what’s around them!

  • Use recycled calendars as a template
