There ARE Better Ways to Make Clay Handles!

Let’s be honest: If you’re in a secondary art room, showing kids how to pull clay handles can get awkward. Really awkward. Luckily, there are quite a few alternatives available when it comes to methods and materials you can use when making handles.

Check out this video to see how you can easily and quickly create handles using tools you already have in your classroom, as well as some other alternatives that might be available. You will appreciate the chance to get away from that uncomfortable teaching situation, and your students probably will as well!
