The Designing and Leading Professional Learning course will equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively support the professional growth of other educators. During this course, participants will reflect on their professional learning experiences and examine themselves as adult learners. They will develop their capacity as leaders and analyze teaching and learning areas. This course will provide opportunities to develop content that supports adult learners’ needs in education in various ways, including mentoring and coaching, learning workshop design, and how to best capitalize on external professional development opportunities. After successfully completing this course, participants will be able to develop a meaningful professional development plan to implement.
