Self-Managed Paid Time Off (PTO)

AOE’s time-off policy provides maximum flexibility, allowing for days of leisure, life events, or just because.

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
and Flexible Spending Accounts

Full-time team members are eligible for up to 100% of their health, dental, and vision premiums paid in full, as well as up to 80% of their premiums for family coverage via Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare for vision. We also offer an HSA with up to $2,000 in employer contributions. In addition, we offer an employee-funded Flexible Spending Account.

Flexible Work Hours

We all have busy lives outside of work and at times, need flexibility. Many of our team members flex their hours to accommodate early mornings, evenings, or weekends, ensuring their schedules align with the evolving needs of their personal lives.


401K Retirement Contribution

Planning for your future is a continuous process. Unlike many businesses that require you to work for an entire year before becoming eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan, you’re eligible to participate in AOE’s Fidelity plan at the time of hire. Our plan matches up to 4% of your contribution and vests immediately!

Workspace Stipends

Full-time team members are eligible for a $600 stipend to optimize their workspace at home, as well as a monthly stipend for cell phone, internet, or a coworking space.

Technology

Each full-time team member is provided with a MacBook Pro®, a monitor, a keyboard and mouse, and a docking station. You will have everything you need to hit the ground running!

Once you’re ready to dive into work, you’ll be introduced to a software suite that will fully support you in your role.


Paid Holidays

Full-time team members enjoy paid time off for all federal holidays as well as a paid end-of-year company closure for the holidays.

Lifelong Learning Fund

We encourage our team to grow themselves and share their insights with the rest of the team. All team members receive a self-directed stipend to purchase materials, subscriptions, or experiences that help them develop their skills.

Course and Product Access

All team members are eligible to participate in graduate courses—up to 9 credits per year. Each team member also gains access to FLEX Curriculum and PRO Learning, which they can use themselves or gift to an art teacher in their life.


Paid Parental Leave & Dependent Care FSA

Full-time team members are eligible for up to 12 weeks of parental leave. We also offer a DC FSA to help with care costs.

Peer Celebrations via Bonusly

We’ve all had moments of working hard on a project only to receive little or no recognition. Not here! Team members get a monthly allowance to give props and points to colleagues—redeemable for shopping at places everyone loves.

Life/AD&D Insurance

Full-time team members are welcome to elect life insurance through The Standard with a guaranteed issue amount of $150,000 and a maximum benefit of $300,000. Child and spousal coverage is also available.
