As you probably know, the 2017 Art Ed Now Winter Online Conference is now only a couple months away. Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 18th. It will be a day of incredible presentations that will cover some of the biggest, brightest, most up-and-coming ideas in art ed!
Register Now!Relevant and Exciting Presentations
We are excited to announce five new presentations to the already outstanding lineup!
- Ceramics guru and Art Ed Now favorite John Post will show you how to create your own glazes and save money in the process!
- Janine Campbell will share her insights on what it is like to transition to a choice-based classroom.
- Matt Young and Craig Huffman will show you how to completely rethink the way you do assessment, leading to more student success.
- AOE Writer Kelly Phillips will give you great ideas on how to infuse STEAM into a TAB classroom.
AOE’s Content Specialist Alecia Kaczmarek will also demonstrate an awesome color mixing lesson for Art to Remember. If you were lucky enough to be one of the first 1,500 people to register, you will have the chance to work right along with her! Art to Remember has placed all the supplies you need right inside the swag box that will be delivered to your door.
Alecia will also use her organizational skills to walk you through the process of running a successful fundraiser that is both easy to plan and easy to execute.
If you missed the announcements of our first two sets of amazing presenters, including “Getting to Know . . .” author Mike Venezia and classroom management expert Michael Linsin, you can check them out here and here. With today’s announcements, we are now nearing 20 incredible presentations!
Best of all, we’ve got one last surprise for you! Some big news will be coming on January 5th, when we announce our third featured presenter!
Don’t Forget the After Pass!
And if that isn’t enough, we have made the After Pass even more robust this time around! You can extend your learning with additional presentations that you can’t see during the conference. These will include Ruthie Post, Tessa Hitz, Matt Young & Craig Huffman, John Post, and more. Those videos are available once the conference has concluded, and every single video–from both the conference and the After Pass–can be viewed for a full year after the conference. That’s right–all 25+ videos, and their corresponding downloads, will be available to you for a full year!
If you are looking for some great ideas for your classroom, some time to get your hands dirty and make art, or some inspiration, Art Ed Now will have it all! If you’ve never attended one of our conferences, there has never been a better time to give it a try. Make sure you register today!
