A Day in the Life of an Arts Leader

Join us as we spend a day in the life with Illinois Arts Administrator Nick Gehl. Nick shares the stunning art rooms in his building and how he advocates for them. He also gives glimpses into AP art research and planning quality PD. Nick provides helpful tips and benefits about staying moving when at a desk job. Most importantly, Nick encourages art teachers to look at leadership as an opportunity versus a role, and how everyone can lead and influence in the spaces and circles they are in.
